After checking out my easter basket..it was bathtime and off we went around the corner to Mamaw Cathy's and Papaw Mike's for Easter dinner and the big kids hunted easter eggs. Mamaw fills lots and lots of plastic eggs up with candy. All 12 of the kids were there and 9 hunted eggs. Me, Dakota, and Sophia got a few cute spring outfits from Mamaw since we can't look for eggs. The other kids also got treat bags. Mom thought she caught all the boys on the couch together but then realized later that Matthew (oldest boy) and Peyton (youngest boy) were missing. Mamaw Cathy was soooooo busy, Mom didn't get a pic at all of her on our camera and as you can tell Olivia was just beeming holding her new sister and the rest of us girls. She waited so long to have other girls around. What a big helper she is! Papaw Mike took turns walking me and Dakota around in his backpack. This used to be David Mikal's.....12 years ago!
We had a wonderful day but unfortunately, I ended it with a runny nose and congestion starting. We left a little earlier than planned because I was starting to get tired and fussy. What a great day! Thanks Mamaw and Papaw!
