This day is most definitely Daisy Mae's day. Along with it being a fundraiser...I learned today just how much of a Princess she really is. No wonder she didn't want to walk the track at The Mutt Strut. It appears that she has been pampered her whole life already......Mom has so many costumes and dresses and collars (even coach) that it is crazy. But...all of these other people fit right in. I have never seen so much stuff for pets nor have I ever seen this many dogs that look like Daisy Mae in one place. Daisy Mae's boyfriend Dartanian was also here. He is Mom's friend Mendi's rescue guy. He dressed like a cop in the costume contest and Daisy Mae was a witch. Hummm what was Mom trying to say?
It was a fun day of agility events, contest, raffles, door prizes, and food. Mom was wishing we didn't have the two hour drive home and we just stayed another night with the rest of the gang...but it was Sunday and Dad had to work tomorrow. I can't wait till next year.. We'll see everyone then !
